The boards of Sibusiso Netherlands and Arusha are pleased to appoint Martha Lukasi as Executive  Director of Sibusiso, succeeding Casper van Kempen who held this role from 2 July 2022. Martha has held the position of General Manager Finance & Operations since September 2022, a role in which she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication and expertise. Her contributions have played an important role in strengthening the organization's activities. Martha holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MScHRM) from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Martha is also a CPA-PP, accredited by NBAA. We warmly congratulate Martha Lukasi on this appointment.  Daniel Kirumba, the former program coordinator, also has a new position within Sibusiso. Daniel has been appointed as head of the programs. The boards congratulates Martha and Daniel with the new positions and wishes them, together with the team success, to develop innovative activities for the children with disabilities in Tanzania.
